TIDA-060034: How to get a combined temperature

Part Number: TIDA-060034
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP117EVM

Hi,

I am interested about measuring body temperature via earbuds.

I know I can use TMP117EVM to test this design, but the software (TMP117DualSensor_GUI) only show how to get two temperature sensor data by document description.

How could I get a combined temperature data? Is there another software tool? or I need to do it through some equations by myself?

Thanks for your reply.

Nian.

  • Dear Nian  -

Thanks for the post - in this example, the temperatures are presented separately in the dual GUI and data presented in Section 3.2.2 was processed manually for accuracy and then computed for comparison against a commercially available tympanic thermometer.
