TIDA-00637: Differentiate both design TIDA00637 & TIDA010071 which one is best with good facility???

We do not sell any of these designs, in some cases we can send a board as a loaner. But for TIDA-010071 we are out of stock at the moment.
Honestly, the easiest and quickest way would be to build these boards by yourself. All the necessary files can be downloaded on the TI Design product page under Deign Files:

For your application I think the TIDA-010071 would fit best, since you already have the metering, which is a big part of the TIDA-00637.

The TIDA-010071 can add the pilot wire signaling, weld detection and an efficient relay drive circuit. GFCI or RCD would have to be implemented additionally.
