Hi,

Greetings!

I would need to simulate TPS2115ADRBR using PSpice for TI in order to know the I/O operations for our system.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find any .cir / .net / .lib files for the same.

By the way, I found .ibs file, but I don't know how to import it.

Please advise me in this regard. How to simulate TPS2115ADRBR using PSPICE-FOR-TI?

    Hi Balaji,

    We do not have a PSpice model for TPS2113A since it is a much older device. Unfortunately, while you can convert the .ibs file, you will not get a behavior model by converting from IBIS because it does not contain that type of information. The TPS2115A IBIS model specifically was developed for the control pins only: stat, d1 and d2.

    Instead, we recommend using the EVM for device functionality; however I have also responded to your other e2e with regard to the TPS2115A and think I we can find a solution once we look at the waveforms from the experimental setup.
