Yes, PMP10998 uses the TPS2378 in a dual redundant configuration. PMP10998 has not been fully tested. Also note that it only has the two PD inputs. There is no AUX input like PMP20859. Extra components similar to PMP20859 will be needed to include the AUX input.

Yes, that is correct. The TPS2372 (and TPS2373) used in PMP20859 has built-in pulsed MPS, which save quite a few external components, plus it is rated for higher power.
