09:51:47 11 August 2022 : Message: Cannot download files because of following error:
The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
09:59:22 11 August 2022 : Message: Another instance of this installation is in progress. Close or complete that instance, and then launch the installer.

Were you able to complete an installation? Perhaps try restarting your machine and then trying the installation again. Are you using Windows 10 OS?

Turns out that my Firewall was blocking the .exe file from getting downloaded, once that was changed I was able to install it. :)
