TIDA-00915: does TIDA-00915 apply three phase neutral applications

TIDA-00915 is a design using 200V~400V DC input.

For AC inputs, external rectifier stage and bulk capcaitor in the DC bus are needed. Make sure the rectified DC bus voltage do not go beyond this 200V~400V range, then it can work.
