I using Tida-00792 referance design for a long time. I came across some problem whwn usin of mosfets more parelle connected to very large capacitive load.

How I can transform mosfet to DC contactor. How can drive DC contoctor with bq76200 mosfet driver or onother driver.

I am not sure what you mean by transform MOSFET to DC contactor, if the article does not help you please feel free to respond with more explanation of what you mean by transform MOSFET to dc contactor.

I already read and apply your parelel mosfet document https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slpa020/slpa020.pdf .it is not usefull for my problem I dont use mosfet for protection. I want to use DC contactor.

Hey Fikret,

We've never incorporated a DC contactor into one of our designs, so we can not say that it'll work. Electrically speaking, as long as the voltage from the DSG/CHG pin is higher than the 'on' voltage of the contactor it technically should work. You'll have to do testing on your own.
