TINA-TI: TINA-TI installation error

Hi Team,

Our customer encountered the same error as the other tread below while installing TINA-TI. He tried the solutions provided in the thread but it didn't solved the issue. Please see the screenshot of the error.

Hi Danilo,

Please direct the customer to the DesignSoft support page. TINA is a DesignSoft/TINA program, therefore questions are handled by using the DesignSoft support page: http://www.tina.com/technical-support/ .

The DesignSoft/TINA team is very helpful and this is the most direct way for TINA support.
