TIDA-060029: k value of 4/π

Thank you for helping.

On page 12 of ``Design Guide: TIDA-060029'', it says ``Where k is equal to 4/π.'' I don't understand why it is ``4/π''.
Actually, I think that "2/π" is correct.

Also, on page 11, it says "Zx'=(Zo-Zx)/(Zo*Zx)", but "Zx'=(Zo*Zx)/(Zo-Zx)" is not correct. I think.

Please check this.
