As we design AC to DC converter products. So we have a quires regarding universal AC input, 12V/3A single stage PFC Flyback Reference Design with Synchronous Rectification evaluation board. Please clarify this design support our following requirement.

Input Voltage:85V to 264V AC
Frequency: 50 to 60Hz
Dual Output Voltage : 24V/0.5A and 5V/1A

    Please see the following two designs that are much closer to your requirements. 

    If you want the PFC-flyback topology, PMP11155 is very close to your requirements.  Simply add a secondary buck regulator for the 5V output, or get a new transformer with two secondary windings.

    If you do not need the PFC function, then PMP23089 is a good choice to start with.  Again you will need to add a buck regulator or additional secondary winding to create the 5V output.
