Hello support team,

I add AMC23C14 model in TI.com manually, but, after that, I run "Reinstall model and libraries", the model is deleted. I assume that AMC23C14 isn't in TI general library list, can you support to add AMC23C14 into the list?

Hi Koji,

"Reinstall model and libraries" takes you back to the initial version of the library. To get the latest version, simply accept the library when prompted.

Thank you for your support. My customer add it into manually, then, they see this pop up, what this happen and how they improve? I don't see this popup...

Hi Koji,

If you download and open https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbam486, it should work.

But, the preference is to get the latest model library by accepting the update prompt. Again, "Reinstall model and libraries" resets the library to the initial state which does NOT contain new models.
