In Signal Integrity analysis in Altium it is important to specify the models of all components including MOSFETs for which (unlike BJTs) there are no default models.
After some research I found a tool developed 16 years ago at North Carolina State University.
I tried the tool. Not working.
The support, given the remote date of development, no longer exists.
Does anyone know of a modern SPICE-IBIS converter... that works.
