TIDA-060029: Does TI have reference design like EVAL-ADMX2001?

Hi Team,

Base on the TIDA-060029 ref design. The customer wants to measure 500pF~1nF capacitance and frequency around 2MHz.

 How to choose OP spec or other devices to achieve the function? Customers need a fully total solution like ADI EVAL-ADMX2001.

 Does TI have a total solution like ADI? Many thanks.

    Hi Jimmy,

    As Sima in a previous thread mentioned, which can be found here, to measure the capacitance at 2MHz the design will strongly depend on the amplifier's GBW. The suggested parts can be found in the thread. As for the total solution do you mean an orderable evaluation module? If so, the design is currently intended as a reference design and is therefore not available for sale. We do provide everything that is needed to customize and tailor the design to your specifications and can be found on the reference design's main page.
