PSpice Access Key Error - Too Many Machines Attempting to Connect With the Same Access Key

I am a new user of PSpice and I downloaded the software fine, but when I attempt to use the access key I was emailed, I am unable to log in. Please help as soon as you can!

I believe that I have installed it on my desktop pc in the past, but I'm trying to install it now on my laptop.
