We have isolated DC-DC power supply requirement as per below data.

Input voltage range 24DC to 500VDC 50Hz & 60Hz

Output voltage +15VDC @ 1.3A, -15VDC @ 200mA

Output wattage requirement (nominal working condition) 20W

I have found a design which is close match to requirement https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP10200?keyMatch=PMP10200. Could you please provide the design calculation as it's not available online?

Also suggest if you find any other design for which EVM board are available.

thanks for your request. I use our powerstage designer for the calculations. It is freeware and you can download it at:

BTW, I created my own Mathcad sheet to help with the calculation of a quasi resonant flyback. Just let me know if you need it, I could send it to you via email.

Please note, that the PMP10200 only works because there are very special conditions. You can find it in the schematic under NOTES. For example there is always a minimum load of 350mA and the power is limited to 10W for Vin < 60V. In general a primary side regulated flyback, such as the UCC28700 doesn´t work well over the entire load range for your ultra wide input (25V-500V) and with multiple outputs.
