the recommended value of the resister R17/R19 is 20-100 ohm.   Assume a cell voltage of 4V,  there will be  about  4/(100+25+100)=17.7 ma current left during cell balance if you use 100 ohm resister(25 ohm is Rdson of internal balance FET).  so the power dissipation of reister R17/R19 is   about p=ui= 100*17.7*17.7=0.0316w.  you can leave a some margin.     please see the https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sluaa81a/sluaa81a.pdf?ts=1680492809997&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FBQ76952 for detail.
