I am trying to understand the functionality of using R27, R29 and R32 in TIDA-00774 application note page-2. Normally, I would connect INHx directly to MSP430 IC.

Sorry for my misreading, the RC I was referring to was R25/C46. For this design, support 1xPWM mode, so we can use HA , HB,HC input to DRV8323, that's why we put R25/C46.... in here, and also when we use 1xPWM mode we need to disconnect pwm to INHx, so that why we put R27/R29/R32 here,when use 1xPWM mode, we can remove the pwm control for these pins.
