PSPICE-FOR-TI: PSPICE-FOR-TI: Too Many Machines Attempting to Connect With the Same Access Key

After installing PSIPCE for TI on a new PC, I get the message "Too Many Machines Attempting to Connect With the Same Access Key" and can't sign in.
Please tell me what to do.
