Hello,

If I want to use PMP9656 with the same output power range but with an input range from (24V up to 47V), what would be changed in the design, or it will have no effect?

    Hi,

    This is a significant change. The entire power stage would need to be re-evaluated, the transformer would need to change (turns ratio, DCR). The primary and secondary FETs would need to be re-evaluated. You would also need to change a number of items around the controller for turn on, SS, current limit, etc.

    It is not easy to detail all of the changes that would be required.
