Hi,
temperature difference can be visible expecially when operating only as inverter or as PFC.
When having the ANPC operating as an inverter the external switches will see both conduction and switching losses, thus becoming warmer.
When having the ANPC operating as a PFC the internal switches will see both conduction and switching losses.
The grid switches will almost be constant in temperature whatever will be the operating condition. They always present conduction losses.
