Hello,

I am designing a Dual Active Bridge and referencing the TIDA-010054 Reference Design. When looking at the PLECs model I wanted to know how the Kp and Ki values in the PI controller are calculated so I can apply to my design.

My Design:

Frequency= 100kHz
Input Voltage= 100V
Output Voltage= 300V
Power= 2.5kW

Thanks for reaching out.

For new designs I recommend using the small signal analysis tools within PLECS to obtain the bode plots, which then can be used to fine tune the controller.

Please refer to the PLECS User's manual for how to use Small Signal analysis tools:

With these tools you can tune your control loop to the desired gain and phase margins.
