PSPICE-FOR-TI Tool not able to install

When I try to request for PSPICE-FOR-TI tool, the website directs to edit some personal information page. After the Information is filled out it shows that the information is saved. Once again the request is raised. But the website again shows the same personal information page and the tool cannot be requested.

    Hi Aishwarya,

    I apologize. That link for updating the information isn't functional.

    Please do the following:

    Login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page).
    Go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information
    Logout
    Go the pspice registration page and request again

    That should work, but let me know if it doesn't.
