I want to design an adjustable high voltage power as shown in the block diagram below.

Please recommend a push pull controller and MOSFET that meets our specifications.

for your application. as Mr. Sanjay point out LM5030 is an ideal parts for push-pull topology. below is my full recommendation.

1. push-pull controller: LM5030

2. LM5030 power supply: TPSM365R15 or TPS7B84-Q1

3. MOSFET: CSD19506KCS or CSD19536KCS.

4. transformer ratio: >13.3. propose 13.5 or 14.

5. external error amplifier: TLV171.

6. rectifier diode: 1000V/10A
