Hi Roberto,

With reference to the PMP8740, would like to know if the design could be modified for 2 outputs of  32V, 30A each. As per the design, until the PFC Stage, everything would be the same but we would have to parallel 2 of the phase shifted full bridge stage along with voltage & current loop. Would like to know your suggestions and feasibility. Thank You

    Hi Mainak,

    Just to confirm the request, you need to have one PFC stage (2KW) and two DC/DC stages with two separated outputs (twice 32V @ 30A), where the two outputs are isolated between each other and the input connected in parallel to the output of the PFC stage, correct?

    In this case I don't see any problem because each DC/DC will share the same primary ground.

    If both secondary side grounds are separated, then you may want to add a sort of isolated communication between the two DC/DC converters, in case you need to access each one.
