Dear Team,
We have gear BLDC e-bike motor and we have successfully rotated motor using sine commutation without GEAR.
but when we are trying to rotate with GEAR then motor creates noise and its consume more current I am confused why its not working properly in sine commutation in with gear mechanism.
Note:
- Based on motor speed I am finding the motor angle in PWM ISR. cycle_motor_document.pdf
- Please guide me how to commutate the motor currently with gear and we have gear ratio is 1:4
- we are using MSP430FR2355 MCU.
