I am currently seeking a detailed 3D model that includes internal components such as the die, bond wires, and lead frame. While I have downloaded a STEP model, it only contains the outer casing and the leads.
To conduct a thermal simulation and accurately extract the junction-to-board (JB) and junction-to-case (JC) values, I require a more comprehensive model that includes material specifications as well.
If you have access to a detailed model and can share it along with the necessary material information, I would greatly appreciate it.
