Hi,
I'm considering using this design but I would like a higher rms current rather than the 16A rms.
What changes would I have to make?

Hi Pichigo,
Thanks for your question about TIDA-010936.
For GaN: you can consider to use LMG2100R026(2.6m/53A,P2P with LMG2100R044) TIDA-010936 is also compatible with 2.6m GaN, in my test the board runs up to 24.5A_rms phase current in a short time and without heatsink. Pls note 2.6m device is a little longer than 4.4, but the control pins are total same.

If you still want to use 4.4m, you can mount heatsink: there are screw holes on board for heatsink.
For current sensing: the maximal current sensing range is ±33A, if you need higher, pls consider to use smaller Gain INA241
The OCP threshold from INA310 is 30A, you may need to disable the OCP(remove R44) or use a higher threshold.
Thanks
Eason
