Tool/software:
1. Power must be applied for a period of time before connecting the network port; otherwise, communication issues occur.
2. During full-speed communication, abnormal noise is present on the PD board. It is uncertain whether the noise originates from a capacitor or an inductor, but it is most likely from the inductor.
3. When the USB port is connected during normal operation of the PD board, the device repeatedly restarts. This issue does not occur on the PSE board, and MDIO data can be read normally via the USB port.
