it is no problem if the maximum output power in your application should be less than 76.8W(24x4x0.8). here 0.8 is estimated efficiency.

BTW, what is your application, ultrasound imaging? if so, TI has TIDA-01592 potential to meet your application. TI also has transmitter & receiver solutions for ultrasound imaging system in here.

Dear Bill we tried to open the PrjPcb file with altium but it didnt work.

Thanks we made it work.

Another question is as we want to try in parallel an AOP to compare with the B-Mode, do you think the +-100V can be used to power an AOP 

In the doc it seems it is designed for short impulsions but it may be used as a common rail +-100V for AOPs?

for AOP, do you mean operational amplifier? TIDA-010352 is an high voltage power supply. it just power loads and has no constraint for loads. go ahead, please.
