TIDA-010936: Possible to use F28388D LP for the ref.design

Hi team,

Is it possible to use F28388D launchpad for TIDA-010936. It's for using BoostXL-LMG2100-MD which is the EVM version of TIDA-010936. I saw on MotorControl SDK that it's possible to use F28P65x for it. Can both be seamlessly used? Instead of F28003x.

The main issue I'm wondering about is if the booster pack header signals match. The main issue is if the sw example in the app note is based on F28003x.

Any ideas?

    Hi Samuel,

    We do not have a launchpad of F28388D.

    The booster pack header signals of TIDA-00936 do match with those on the LAUNCHXL-F28P65X and LAUNCHXL-F280039C; but the SW example in the 'Design Guide' is only for F28P65. For testing with F280039C, we can tailor the 'universal_motorcontrol_lab' project in the C2000Ware MotorControl SDK for the HW.
