I wanted to run a LTSpice simulation, but the model is only available for PSpice. Is it possible to get a version, I can include in LTSpice (my university preferes LTSPice).

I am afraid I won't be able to help you in this. We do not provide support for LTspice. I recommend you use PSPICE-FOR-TI. You can download it for free. I'll happy to provide any help in this regard

Thank you for your answer. I have now made the simulation model, but I can not add 3rd party models, because the function generate part is not available. Do you know how to resolve this issue?
