The problem that I described is not about the installation process, it`s about connecting to my account after I open the installer. The program is not yet installed in my computer.

That works either way. Instead of running PSpice for TI, you just run the installer. The same log will be created.

It doesen't happen anything, before running the installer I need to connect, and I can't connect. I don't yet have the folder for the PSpiceForTI and the txt won't create in another folder. Is it supposed to be created after I try to login?

That's what we are trying to figure out. https://e2e.ti.com/f/1/t/1396889 describes the debug method, not a fix.
