I get an error while installing on a new machine saying, "You have reached the concurrent device access Limit". Please help reset.

I am able to install but I am Geeting a different error message after install. Can someone please help setup a call to debug?

The new error message is - The OrCAD installation did not complete successfully. Cannot proceed.....
