PSPICE-FOR-TI: pspice for ti concurrent limit

We will need Cadence's help to release your previous machines as the PSPICE for TI license only allows 3 concurrent installs per license. If you DM me the email associated to your PSPICE for TI license, I can work with Cadence to reset your license so it can be applied to your new instance.
