I have contacted support@cadence.com but without any success. 

They have sent me back here to the TI Forum.

The idea that I need to obtain about 30 licenses to use "PSpice for TI" seems impossible...

I hope that this message will reach the attention of Texas Instruments. 
Otherwise I will be forced to cancel from my program the teaching of PSpice simulation software....
