The PSpice models for the NexFETs are encrypted and can only be used in PSpice version 15.7 or higher. I will turn in a request for the TINA-TI .TSM files to be created for these two NexFETs.

Please see the attached .TSM files. Save them to your computer for use with TINA-TI.

You may use them with the Insert--> Macro function in TINA-TI. These macros will appear in the product folders in the next few days.

Thank you, Britt for the models. However after replacing these two models into TPS40304 ref design as attached below, I find out final Vout drop from 0.9V to 0V, no longer as target 1.2V, what's wrong (no other any changes EXCEPT replacing those two NFET models)? BTW, my purpose is to simulate transient at nodes HDRV, LDRV, SW and Vout to see any shoot-through and ring, if any ring, then try to add R-C snubber, and optimize R, C values of snubber, also try to see the impact of adding more output filter capacitor & current sense resistor on output at Vout. Looks like TINA-TI couldn't accomplish these tasks, can it? I know Webench couldn't do these tasks either, do you know any other sw tools with such capabilty? Thanks again,

The .TSC file you provided runs when I pull it down. I did change the option in the transient simulation box to Calculate operating point as described in the notes section of the schematic. Switching behavior starts at about 64% of the simulation complete. There is ringing in both of these devices (because they are very fast with low gate charge) but I am unsure of how much snubber information you can get from the simulation. The simulation does take a while to run.

I may have spoken too soon. It appears that the simulation shows the TPS40304 shutting down after the voltage reaches .973V. I am going to take a look at it a little further.
