OPA1S2385 - PSPICE Model Availability?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA1S2385, TINA-TI

I see there is a TINA model available for the OPA1S2385.  I'd like to obtain the PSPICE formatted equivalent and just wondering if there are plans to release it.  I've seen the post in the forum on using TINA tool to open and save the model in a different format but I understand there can be issues doing this.  A factory blessed model would be greatly preferred.  Do you have plans to do so?

  • I didn't see this device in the PSPICE model "to be developed" list.

There are several ways (that I know of) to get a PSPICE Model from a TINA-TI model:

    1. You may generate a PSpice netlist directly from the TINA-TI schematic by going to FILE -> EXPORT -> NETLIST -> PSPICE or TINA (there are small netlist diffferences between PSpice and TINA in order to support Tina-specific features) but you may generate either one from TINA-TI circuit schematic.

    2. Contact the local TI Sales Rep or FAE for the particular customer that needs the model. The TSR or FAE will have to fill out an internal request form that includes technical info as well as business case info.
