I'm wondering the the CSD1850x family NexFET's are slated for TINA-TI model conversion any time soon. I noticed that quite a few of the lower voltage CSD FET's have been converted, but all of the >25V parts are encrypted P-SPICE only for models (for which I don't have access to a compatible simulation tool). The FET will be used with LM3150 for an 8-32V input, 5V output supply. I have done some simulation with WeBench, but I need to do a more detailed transient load analysis. Thanks.

I moved your post into the Simulation and Models forum.

The TINA-TI models for the NexFETs are converted on an as needed basis. Please let me know which of the devices you would like converted and I will add them to our TINA conversion queue. There are 7 devices currently in that family.

Please see the attached TINA-TI .TSM files (macros). These may be downloaded to your machine and used in TINA-TI with the Insert-->Macro... option from the command bar at the top of your TINA-TI window.
