TPS6040x - PSpice Model required

I need the Pspice model for any of the TPS6040x ICs. Does anyone have it? If so, it would be great if you could share it.

Hi Prashanth,

I am sorry, at this time these products are not supported with any spice models. I looked at our portfolio of charge pump devices and unfortunately we do not have any spice model for this category.
