Hi,

I download the TI TPS62163_DSG CAD file and check the file using ULADICIS tool.

But the file is not WSON 8pin package at TI website.

Please kindly help to check where is right download link.

Hi Eric,
The file is WSON package and matches the layout recommendations given in page 34 of the datasheet. The center pad is the thermal pad of the IC. Please let me know if you have any concerns regarding this.

CAD file of TI website is wrong, please kindly confirm again.
