I recently downloaded TINA-TI to my computer and while attempting to install the software an error message was displayed. This message came before any installation wizard or similar program started and displayed the following text and does not allow me to continue the installation process

the interesting part of this message is that it references a windows vista service pack while my computer is running windows 7
if anyone knows the origin of this error and a way to resolve the issue any help would be greatly appreciated
