Convergence problems with Tina unless an additional body diode is used across the CSD18533KCS MOSFET?

Inverter2.TSC

In the above circuit if I remove the diodes across the MOSFETs it gives me a convergence problem. It's as if the MOSFET model does not have support for the body diode.

Then if I add some gate resistors to stop the high impedance inputs from being spiked it also gives a convergence problem. Is there a way of seeing the math it was working on when the problem arose ?
