Eli,

Have you used WEBENCH to create a design using this part? It also has electrical simulations enabled. You can use the Startup simulation for inrush current and Load transient simulation for step response. You can access WEBENCH from the product folder directly.

Alternately, here is a sample design (not necessarily configured for your exact needs).
