Could you tell me about TPS62172-Q1 and TPS62560 SPICE model?
Customers want to SPICE simulation of these devices.
However,
Customers want to use the HSPICE model or S-parameter data.
Do you have either of data?

We do not currently have HSpice or S-parameter models for either device.

I do not know of any value that the S-parameter data or model would provide for these devices.

We typically do not provide HSpice models for our power products. The majority of the HSpice models that exist at TI are for older digital function parts.

The reason why a customer wants a simulation model is phase confirmation.
Customer wants to confirm phase stability.
Can you confirm the attached circuit?

Yusuke-san,

Based on the datasheet and the app note (SLVA463A), the circuit should be stable for the 4.7uH inductor as long as the output capacitance is below 47uF. See table 1 in the application report for more details:

Can you see the phase of TPS62560?
Could you give me Vout=1.8V,L=4.7uH,Cout=10uF graph?
