Hi,

I need help on TINA-TI scope. Here are my settings.

I set the voltage generator as above, I should see a sine wave on the scope but I did not.

I saw this straight line and it's moving upward.

And I want to use input pulse. I set signal to pulse, amplitude to 1V, width of a pulse to 70u, DC level to -5V

When I run it I can see a straight line at -5V and then it's gone, there is no pulse or anything else.

I have no idea why, please help, thanks!

Esme,

Try setting the time scale to the proper value on the oscilloscope to display your waveform. Your time scale is 100n/div which will not show much of a 50 Hz waveform...

By the way, why are you using the oscilloscope? You could simply use the Display Window to display the waveform.

The pulse input is a single pulse. You will not see it on the oscilloscope because it goes by before you can see it. Also, how did you set up your pulse?

I would use the PWL source and simply put in the values you wanted for the pulse in time value pairs. Something like this:

0 -5

100m -5

100.001m 1

100.081m 1

100.082m -5

1 -5

This will give you a pulse from -5V to 1V and back to -5V with a rise/fall time of 1u and a width 70us. The pulse occurs at 100ms. Obviously you can change the rise/fall times and start time for the pulse to whatever you need.

If you need further assistance, please provide the .TSC file you are using and a description of what you are trying to simulate.

I can not provide the .TSC file since it's a work project, but I just screenshot my settings in the new post.

I changed the time div and I got the sine wave, thank you very much!
