SPICE model for CSD17322Q5A

Hi, I am currently working on a project and in need of the SPICE model for the part CSD17322Q5A. I am running simulations in OrCAD Capture. I looked up this forum as well as the WEBENCH SpiceRack website but can't find the SPICE model. Please help and much thanks.

Wei Shen,

We do not currently have a PSpice model for this device. There are several other NexFET devices that are very similar that you could also use:

CSD17302Q5A, CSD17303Q5, CSD17304Q3 all have PSpice models available and are similar devices.

Hi,

Thanks for replying. However, I checked the recommended devices but none fits the description I am looking for. Primarily, I am looking for a device with low input capacitance Ciss, Drain to Source Voltage Vds approximately 30V, and Continuous Drain Current Id to be approximately 100A. This is why the CSD17322Q5A is such a perfect fit for my project (Ciss 580pF, Vds 30V, Id 87A). Is there any ETA on when the PSpice model can be made available?
