TINA/Spice/INA282: Help with INA282 SPICE model - less than 2 connections?

Part Number: INA282
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Posted for customer by Alex Scott...

I need support for INA282 PSPICE model, please.

I tried, this morning, to simulate in SPICE the circuitry we have issue with, but did not work.

The simulation problem was related from the PSPICE model of INA282 I downloaded from TI site.

  • Alex,

Sorry I cannot see the picture of your error, but perhaps try the following because I did some kind of error related to the folder read write permission:

    1. Download the pspice from the url link you provide

    2. After extracting, click right hand click on the properties of the extracted folder, then click make the folder Writable . So if the folder is marked as Read only, unclick that so that the folder and the folders beneath it together with its files are now writable.

On my case, when I try this step, it removes the error.

    3. If the step #2 still give you the error, and since I cannot see your picture, try to see the error report and identify which net is dangling (less than 2 connections). Then put the resistor of 1G ohms into that dangling node such as

    R1 DANGLINGNODE1 0 1G

    R2 DANGLINGNODE2 0 1G
