I am using SN74LV4052A-Q1  Dual 4-Channel Analog Multiplexer/Demultiplexer.

I am looking for for its Pspice library for the simulation.

where can I get the pspice library or can someone provide me the library file for simulation.

    What are you attempting to model in your application for this unbuffered passive FET switch? For some of these older devices we are not able to create a model because the design database is in an unusable format.

    Could you use a simple RC model to model the FET parasitic on-state resistance and capacitance Ron and Con? Would that work for your system simulation?

    since there are 8 switches in a single ic and i am using more ic,s in my project therefore using simple rc model will be inconvenient.

    i found a similar ic from nxp 74lv4052 and i got a library online,but the library is working in ltspice but not in pspice for 74lv4052.

    kindly help me to resolve the issues in simulation of 74lv4052.
