Hi, I am trying to evaluate TIDA-00978 EVB. As per the reference manual, i have set up the connections for Test_mode. I was unable to detect any signal from the output pins.
For the experiment, I have generated a Sine wave from AWG(500 mV peak-to-peak).
I have connected a Tee-bias of 1.58V (Vin1+Vin2/2) to offset the sine wave and connected it to EVB(Test_In).
With CTRL=GND, Vs=3.3 V and Test_SD=3.3 V and also powering up the board on hexagonal slots, I have connected the outputs to tektronix DPO oscilloscope. I could not find any signal.
Firstly, the connection from AWG through bias-tee to EVB. Is this a right way? Clearly, there is input into the EVB, but I am not sure why there is not any signal output.
I greatly appreciate any help/suggestions.
