TI provides the parts with 700V start up capability. Below is the list of the parts that integrated 700V start up circuit

Without integrated power MOSFET

UCC28710, UCC28711, UCC28712, UCC28713, UCC28730, UCC28740, UCC28630, UCC28631, UCC28632, UCC28633

With the integrated power MOSFET

UCC28880, UCC28881, UCC28910, UCC28911

Since these devices can be configured as isolated and no-isolated converters, you should be able to use them as needed.

If you can provide more detailed information, such as your input voltage range, output voltage, output power, we might be able to narrow down to the suitable part.

i am using for solar controlled motor drive of 5hp and input voltage range 400 to 800v dc. i designed flyback 5 output 70W converter please suggest part

We don't have anything above 700V. However, if you let me know your input voltage range, I might be able to come up some circuit to help you accomplish the extra 50V. For example, a zener clamp or resistor start up

Most of our IC can start from 700V. Some needs external circuit, some can directly interface with 700V without extra components.

If you just looking for the solution that can directly interface with 700V, here are the list of devices that can do so.
